02 April, 2026 – MIEA Committee Members Dato Alex Ting, Sandra Lee and Corina Ng and myself Thomas Sim (acting as 2025/27 Chairman) had a dialogue with BOVAEP Rep Sarawak Sr Terrance Yap regarding the below matters:
- illegal firms in Sarawak
- rampant non-compliance of banners and advertisements
- multiple branch training centers without proper registration
- REN attached to non-Sarawak Estate Agency Firms practicing in Sarawak
- Lodging of complaint to BOVAEP
Sr Terrance has given support and blessings on working with the various authorities and escalate the matters to the BOVAEP Board.
