EXPO RULES
TIME & LOCATION
Unit 6 & 7 Ground Floor, 1PURI COMMERCIAL CENTRE, Jalan Tun Hj Openg, 93100 Kuching.
DATE : 21st FRI to 23rd SUN, November, 2025
- FRIDAY – Morning 9.00am – 12.30pm SETTING UP
- FRIDAY – Afternoon 12.30pm – 5.30pm EXPO
- SATURDAY – Morning 9.00am – Afternoon 5.30pm EXPO
- SUNDAY – Morning 9.00am – 12.30pm EXPO
- SUNDAY – Afternoon 12.30pm – 3.30pm CLOSING UP
SECURITY AND SAFETY
The organizer cannot guarantee security and safety of your belongings during the Mini Expo, hence, please:
- keep your valuables at your own risk
- do NOT leave your valuables behind unattended
- do NOT bring bulky items which is hard to carry or dismantle
be alert at any possible missing wallets, handphones (tablets), hang bags, jewelry, watches, water bottles, etc. and alert to Noreen (010-3838629) for “LOST AND FOUND”.
The organizer hopes that all exhibitors are able to comply to the below:
- Maximum of 4 staff at one time for carrying out duty at Booth
- Do NOT simply dispose of rubbish as we have provided “Green Trienekens Bins”
- Do NOT use DOUBLE SIDED BLACK TAPE to stick to the board panel as it is hard to remove (fine will be imposed)
- Do NOT nail the wall or panel board (please check with the organizer)
- Clear your area for cleanliness after the expo (Sunday afternoon)
- Car parking is limited, hence for staff please park early along the road side so that more free parking are reserved for visitors (see below)
